SUSHI CHEF

 - Fulltime -

We are looking for a highly experienced (at least 5 years) Sushi Chef to join our team. Market conform Salary.

Your profile:

  • Guest-oriented

  • Team player

  • Accurate and an eye for detail

  • Being able to work well under pressure

  • Flexible in working days and hours

  • English is a must

Experienced in:

  • Filleting and cutting fish

  • Making sushi rice, cutting garnishes

  • Cleaning sushi bar

  • Set up kitchen, and mis en place (preparations)

TEPPANYAKI CHEF

- Fulltime - 

We are looking for a Teppanyaki Chef (no experience necessary). We will train you in house to join our team. Market conform Salary

Your profile:

  • Guest-oriented

  • Team Player

  • Accurate and eye for detail

  • Being able to work under pressure

  • Flexible in working days and hours

  • English is a must

Experienced in:

  • Knowledge and know-how of Teppanyaki cooking and presentation

  • Kitchen set up and mis en place (preparations)

  • Assisting and storing  received produce from suppliers, Cleaning station (teppanyaki).

FLOORSTAFF

 - Flex, 0 hours -

A highly motivated floorstaff employee, who is eager to learn (or learn more) all the ins and outs of serving guests. Salary conform HORECA CAO

Your profile:

  • Team player

  • Motivated & flexible

  • Affinity for Japanese (Asian) culture & cuisine

  • English is a must

  • A bit French (would be great!)

  • Little experience is preferred (but not necessary)

  • Is ok with working evenings and weekends
